Prerequisites
To attend this retreat you will have needed to have attended Dani’s introductory Wim Hof breathwork days or watched her online video on the breathwork fundamentals (as on the retreat we will not be doing theory, just enjoying these powerful practices. If you have not attended a session and wish to come you can join one of Dani’s many live events or request a copy of the video which we can send to you.
It is also highly encouraged that you have learned either Vedic meditation or Transcendental meditation. As Rich will be taking us into advanced Vedic Rounding practices which are incredibly powerful tools for removing so much stress from the nervous system and to renew and rejuvenate the body and mind. If you have not learned you can contact Rich and he can work out a way to share the Vedic technique with you prior to the retreat. Alternatively on the sessions where we will be rounding twice a day for 60 minutes ( includes asanas -yoga postures -, breathwork and meditation), you can have some time to yourself.
Terms
*The deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat cannot proceed due to Covid restrictions. Which in the event of the retreat not proceeding a transfer to a future retreat will be offered or a refund of the deposit also offered.
* Full payment is required 2 months out from the retreat and upon full payment if you have to pull out, no refund can be offered unless we can find someone to take your place. The refund will be minus the deposit paid.
* It is the individuals responsibility to make all travel arrangements to the retreat.
* It is the individuals responsibility to ensure that at the retreat if there are any health concerns or issues the hosts need to be made aware of are communicated.

During the 4 day retreat you will be nurtured and supported to leave with a sense of rejuvenation, to faciliate this the following are included:
Each day will be scheduled to offer you experiences that aid us to experience deep rejuvenation. Not all days will be the same but here is a sample of what you may experience on a day.

You have the following accommodation options when attending the Rejuvenate Retreat 2022 at the Blue Green Sanctuary Byron Shire.
To secure your spot on the Reconnect Retreat you can either pay in full upfront or pay a $500 deposit with the remaining amount due 6 weeks prior to the retreat.
